This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you use Energy Empire, published by Elektor18 / Robert Sztandera.

1. Information handled by the app

Energy Empire does not require you to create a developer-operated user account or provide your name, postal address or phone number to play. Gameplay state and preferences may be stored locally on your device.

2. Advertising and technical data

Energy Empire may display advertising. Advertising and mediation providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver, measure and protect advertising services. This can include:

• advertising or device identifiers;
• device and operating-system information;
• IP address and approximate location derived from it;
• app interaction, ad performance and fraud-prevention signals;
• crash or diagnostic information where provided by a third-party service.

Advertising may be delivered through Google AdMob and mediation partners configured by the publisher. Authorised advertising sellers are listed in the publisher's app-ads.txt file. These third parties process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

3. Consent

Where required by applicable law, a consent flow may be shown before personalised advertising or other consent-dependent processing is used. Users can also manage advertising preferences through Android and Google account settings.

4. In-app purchases

If purchases are offered, payment processing is handled by Google Play. The developer does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

5. Data sharing

The developer does not sell personal information directly to data brokers. Technical data may be shared with advertising, fraud-prevention and platform service providers where those services are used to operate or monetise the app.

6. Children

Energy Empire is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents and guardians should review the app's current Google Play age rating and platform controls.

7. Security and retention

Locally stored game data remains on the device until it is cleared, deleted or the app is uninstalled. Third-party service providers apply their own retention and security practices to data they process.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated when app functionality, advertising services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published at this URL.
